Prysmian, ABB and Signify have initiated TechTalks 2025 – a series of events for project managers, technical advisors, and electrical engineering professionals who want to learn more about the NEN 1010 update and sustainable building in practice.
Which personal data we collect?
For the purposes of your participation in an event of TechTalks 2025 (the Event) we collect and process the following personal data:
Your first name, any prefixes, last name, employment, position, email address, any dietary requirements.
What are the purposes for which we collect your personal data?
In particular we process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Registration of your participation in the Event
- Sending you a confirmation on your participation in the Event.
- Sending you relevant and up-to-date information regarding the Event and the topics covered by the Event before and after the Event.
- Sending you a subsequent survey asking your opinion about the Event.
- Publishing (group) photos and videos for knowledge sharing and promotional purposes on the following channels:
- Internal: intranet,
- External: social media and our websites.
Next to the above, to provide you with up-to-date information on the relevant developments at Prysmian and its affiliated companies via our regular mailings we use your email address and name.
With whom can we share your personal data?
In the context of the purposes as listed above, we may share your personal data with third parties, in particular ABB and Signify, allowing them to contact you as well. Your personal data can also be disclosed to our affiliated companies.
We will ensure that, where relevant, contractual safeguards are implemented to ensure the protection of your personal data when disclosing your personal data to a third party. For example, we will enter into data processing agreements with relevant parties (providing for restrictions on the use of your personal data and obligations with respect to the protection and security of your personal data).
