At recent Monaco E-Prix - ABB FIA Formula E World Championship - Prysmian, a proud partner of the Andretti Formula E team, brought this vision to life — connecting present and future through innovation and inspiration.

As a world leader in the energy transition and digital transformation, for the third consecutive year Prysmian supports Andretti Formula E team during the race through a pit garage monitoring system, Omhero, a technology that identifies energy consumption, power load and transmission for each vehicle. The system ensures reliability in one of the most demanding environments in motorsport.

During the event Apart from an But spotlight wasn’t just on the cutting-edge technology behind electric racing. The event also provided a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation of engineers and innovators.

During the Monaco E-Prix, this commitment came to life as a group of young women of Girls Across The Grid from diverse backgrounds gathered to explore career opportunities and hear firsthand experience from engineers and racing professionals. Team from Prysmian Netherlands unveiled what career development opportunities Prysmian has to offer to ambitious women, as well as representatives from Andretti shared valuable career tips and insights from their own journey in the world of motorsport. It was a moment to spread the message about breaking barriers and pursuing passions.
A Day in the Fast Lane
The day wasn’t just about high-speed action on the track — it was also an opportunity to go behind the scenes and get an insider’s view of the world of Formula E.
During the day, drivers Nico Müller and Jake Dennis took the time to share their experiences, answer questions and even reveal some of the secrets behind their race strategies. Their stories offered a rare glimpse into the mindset of top-tier drivers, where precision, focus and adaptability are key to success.
Also, girls had a chance to find out more about innovative Omhero monitoring system installed in the garage. Afterwards, a skilled Andretti engineer provided a deep dive into the mechanics of electric racing, explaining everything from energy management to the technical innovations that make Formula E a unique motorsport.
The day also included a visit to the race control room — the nerve center of the event — where every second counts. There was a chance to see firsthand how the races are managed, how safety is ensured, and how every thrilling moment is captured and broadcast to fans around the world. It was a powerful reminder of the precision, technology, and teamwork that keep the world’s fastest electric racing series on track.



Spreading the joy of 115th anniversary of Draka
