Drum Return

Each Draka reel has a sticker (wooden reels) or plate (plastic reels) attached with a QR code. The QR code links to the special Draka Reel Return page.

Here you can easily select the wholesaler where you bought the cables. Then you fill in the form and the return service is activated.

DECLARATION OF PERFORMANCE

DoP

With the help of the DoP number you can download performance declarations (DoPs). The DoP number can be found on the product label and in many cases it is also printed on the cable. Click Here for more information about DoPs. It is possible to enter multiple numbers, the values must be separated by a semicolon (;) or 'tab'

No DoP found? Please contact Customer Care at 088-8084450 or send a mail to [email protected]. Possibly DoP is available in another repository. If so we will send the right DoP.

Our environmental product declarations provide information about the environmental impact of our various products throughout their life cycle. 

These documents contain data on the production, use, and end of life of the products, including the potential for reuse or recycling.
